Leah joined Pearl Schneider Young in 2013. She has approximately ten years of experience working as an insurance defense litigation paralegal.   Ms. Cuthbert has been involved in all areas of insurance defense litigation; she is proficient in assisting attorneys in handling discovery, assisting in drafting motions and other legal pleadings, laying the groundwork for successful depositions and mediations, and trial organization and preparation.  Ms. Cuthbert also has significant experience with all aspects of obtaining probate court approval of minor settlements, and is well-versed in the Colorado Rules of Probate Procedure in this regard.  Leah’s experience and knowledge are irreplaceable.

Ms. Cuthbert graduated magna cum laude from Regis University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Administration; she earned her ABA-accredited paralegal certificate in 2007.

Ms. Cuthbert is actively involved in our community, and volunteers with several non-profit organizations in her free time, including with local child advocacy groups and hospitals.
